"To anyone reading this this was posted by a former customer who did not have a roof replaced by State Farm b/c State farm canceled their policy 5 years ago prior to the claim. It was canceled due to it being vacant and junk piled up on the property. They are claiming they were not aware of it when we have mailed them copies the cancellation documents from 5 years ago as well as them NOT PAYING PREMIUMS FOR 5 YEARS! They have since moved to another State Farm agent and they refuse to understand that I do not have system access to their account. :)"
